Ways to give
Palestinian organizers in Palestine are perpetually cut off from the
financial system, facing significant obstacles in developing local
programs of resistance to settler-colonialism. The restrictions on
financial access intentionally disrupt their ability to fund initiatives
and community projects. In response, we have diversified and provided as
many options as possible to invest in a better future. For those intending
to donate over $500 throughout the year and requiring a tax receipt, we
have US-based 501(c)3 fiscal sponsors. These sponsors can also process
grants that align with our principles.
Here are the alternative methods for supporting movement work in Palestine
- CashApp: A mobile payment service allowing users to transfer money to one
another using a mobile phone app. Having the app is a requirement.
- Venmo: A digital wallet that lets users make and share payments, making
sending and receiving money easy. Having the app is a requirement.
- Patreon: Patreon is a membership platform that allows activists and advocates to generate sustainable financial support by providing a gateway for their community to contribute monthly to advance their organizing work.
- PayPal: An online payment system that supports online money transfers and is
an electronic alternative to traditional paper methods like checks and
money orders. This option supports monthly contributions.
- Direct Bank Transfer: We can also accept direct money transfers to our accounts in dollars,
pounds, euros, and shekels.
- Paper checks: Lastly, there is an option to mail paper checks to our fiscal
sponsors in the United States for processing.
